How can I make payment?
We have more than 5 payment options, including PayFast (Debit and Credit Card), Cash on Collection and EFT.
How does shipping/courier cost work?
Can I lay-buy my order? No, we do not offer lay-buy.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
No, we do not offer cash on delivery. We offer cash on collection. However, all collections must be scheduled in advance.
How does cash on collection work?
All cash on collection orders must be scheduled in advance. Collections above R1,000 might incur a 50% deposit. Collections are free.
How long does delivery take?
We offer same day delivery for Gauteng and some part of North West. We deliver within 24 - 72 hours to other areas.
Can I change my delivery address after the order is placed?
Yes, you can change your delivery address after placing your oder. To change your delivery address by sending an email to orders@naijamarket.co.za.
What are the delivery options you offer?
Our delivery partner is The Courier Guy. We also offer delivery to your nearest Pep Stores via Paxi. Delivery via Pep Stores is within 3-5 business days.
