Ayo is a popular African board game where players ‘sow’, capture, and count seeds at the end of the game, popularly played among the Yoruba tribe of West Africa. The objective of the game is for a player to capture more seeds than the opponent.
This is an African local indoor game that can be played with at least two (2) players. It is made of wood, and seeds are used in playing it. There are 12 openings and 6 for a player or less, depending upon the number of people playing.
