Ebbos Ofada rice is clean, sorted, de-stoned and shaft-free. It is pleasant Ofada and not marshy after cooking. Eboss Ofada rice is unpolished. It is sometimes processed using fermentation, which adds an aromatic quality to the product. Brown Ofada rice is often fragrant, whereas white Ofada rice is typically non-aromatic. They are also known for swelling in size when cooked.
